SHIPPING POLICY
The Morello Man dispatches all its products via Royal Mail. Products will be dispatched the same working day if ordered before 1.00 PM.

UK Local Mainland Delivery - Royal Mail Tracked on delivery 24 (24 hr delivery aim)
*If ordered by 2200 hrs the previous day and 11.00 am
(24/48 hour deliveries apply during weekdays)
*A tracking update will only be provided when Royal mail attempt to deliver your item

UK Local Mainland Delivery - Royal Mail Tracked on delivery 48 (48 hr delivery aim)
*If ordered by 2200 hrs the previous day and 11.00 am
(24/48 hour deliveries apply during weekdays) No despatches are made during bank holidays when the Post Office is closed.

Worldwide - Unfortunately we can only dispatch Morello products worldwide via our ebay store.
BFPO - We have many BFPO customers and welcome their orders

If you're out when delivery is attempted, a card will be posted to instruct you on what to do and how to receive your parcel. The majority of the time your parcel will be held at your local Royal Mail sorting office awaiting your collection or delivered to your "safe-place"

Please Note: During busy periods i.e Remembrance and Christmas please allow extra carriage time for delivery. We cannot be held responsible for postal delays. We do not dispatch on Bank Holidays. The Morello Man are not liable for any consequential loss due to late or failed delivery.
Highland & Island Delivery - 3-6 Working Days
Due to the nature of our products we are not
able to send Free Delivery to Highland & Island parts of the UK please take this into consideration when ordering.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All purchases can be returned at the customers expense. We cannot accept return if the products have been opened or used.
